香港人對brownie一啲都唔陌生，但blondie就應該係聞所未聞。簡單啲講，blondie係布朗尼🍫嘅親戚。
顧名思義，brownie係咖啡色嘅。而金黃色嘅就係blondie啦🙋🏼♀️ (真心😂)
我們認識嘅brownie，一般會加入可可粉或者朱古力，令佢呈現brown色🤎 製作過程中，喺蛋糕漿撇除混入可可粉，就基本上造成咗blondie咯～ 充實的中秋假期活動，報告完畢😌🏮
Oh, how I miss the blondies from our school dining halls in America😩 Never have I ever encountered one in HK… So I might as well make one at home myself🤪🙌🏼
Note to self: Since it was my first time making this, it was not as moist as I hope it’d be🤔 May want to reduce baking time next time!
